Primary Care Behavioral Health
Our primary health and behavioral health professionals collectively manage concerns within primary care, collaborate and consult with one another to improve on-site care and refer patients to other specialists when necessary.

IHNC accepts insurance including Medicaid. Self-pay options include income-based pricing and monthly membership plans. Price will always be upfront and transparent.

Multi-lingual Care
Don’t let a language barrier stand in the way of your health. Our behavioral health team is fluent in English and Spanish and has interpretation services available in French, Russian, Ukrainian, and Swahili.
We Provide:
Our integrated behavioral health consultants offer brief focused consultations and treatment for anyone experiencing mental and behavioral stressors as well as co-management of medical conditions. Our behavioral health consultants work as a part of your primary care team to ensure we are treating the whole person. Consultations are designed to increase and promote mental and physical well-being.
Visits can be scheduled in conjunction with your primary care visit or separately. These consultations are confidential and can be conducted in person or via Zoom. Consultations may focus on areas such as:
- Identifying and managing individual stressors
- Managing a new or chronic medical condition
- Building a plan for resilience
- Developing a plan for ongoing wellness
