Anne Daggett, LCSW
Anne is currently serving as a Clinical Consultant for Cornerstone Whole Healthcare Organization. Anne has worked in health care for the past 15 years in a variety of settings, which include specialty/primary care clinics and a managed healthcare network organization. Her work in healthcare has focused on the intersection of chronic disease management and health behavior change. She has had the opportunity to assist clinics in the development and implementation of integrated behavioral health services, using the PCBH Model. She has particular interest in advancing workforce development opportunities for behavioral health professionals interested in integrated practice.

Brad Raburn, LCPC
Brad Raburn is a behavioral health director for Cornerstone Whole Healthcare Organization. He received his Master’s degree in Counseling from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University. He has more than 20 years of experience working in human service positions. This work has included providing counseling services in specialty mental health practices; serving as a clinical supervisor at a large outpatient agency; working as the lead clinician in Idaho Department of Correction men’s behavioral health unit; providing treatment to individuals with sexual offenses; and working in the admissions department of a psychiatric hospital. His clinical approach is an integrative use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

Amadea de Groot, LPC
Hello! My name is Amadea de Groot and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho with 1.5 years of clinical work experience. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in May 2022 with an MS in Counselor Education. I have assisted clients with their mental health concerns in various settings: primary care, addiction recovery, and in a traditional mental health agency. I enjoy helping clients manage and understand their life and mental health challenges. I am a trauma-informed clinician and trained and experienced in working in the areas of trauma and abuse. I have experience working with loss and grief-related challenges, life transitions, and in assisting clients find peace and confidence in their life. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Camille Evans, LCSW
Camille Evans, LCSW, has worked in many different Social Work roles within healthcare and mental health since 2007. Camille’s vision of mental health care includes recognition that our emotional and mental well-being is equally important to our overall health as physical health is. Camille believes mental health care should be accessible and connected to the other aspects of your health care and her work has primarily focused on integrated primary care, end-of-life care, grief work, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety and LGTQIA+ care.

Maria Torres, LCSW
Maria G. Torres is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in social work and Spanish at Boise State University. She has served in social work roles for the state’s Child Protective Services with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Worked with St. Luke’s Health Services as an emergency room and hospital social worker. Before joining Saltzer Health in 2018, Torres was a Behavioral Health Consultant at Terry Reilly, a federally qualified health center. At Saltzer Health, Maria developed an Integrated Behavioral Health program. She is currently an independent contractor for C-WHO. Maria has presented at conferences on cultural competency and working with the Latinx population. She has been a member of the National Association of Social Workers for 16 years and is serving as the vice president for NASW (National Association of Social Workers) Idaho chapter.
